Dennis (Beck) Locklear was born September 15, 1956 in Robeson County, NC. He departed this life on January 25, 2024.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Jones Locklear; two sons, Dennis L. Locklear, Jr., and Craig A. Oxendine. Held close to his heart as his own children, Terry Kenworthy and Ashley Kenworthy Bizzell; two sisters, Marie Jones and Carrie Bilgera; mother-in-law, Ann Jones; brothers-in-law, Carle Hudson (Brownie) and David Jones, sisters-in-law, Debbie Sholar, Linda Jones, Gail Locklear; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on February 2, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery, 6329 E. Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk, Va.
