Glendon E Harvey

Glendon Everette Harvey of Gatesville, NC peacefully transitioned from this life on November 26, 2025. He was born on February 17, 1963, to the late William and Iristeen Harvey.

Glen was a graduate of Gates County High School Class of 1981.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Harvey; his sisters, Minnie Boykins and Cheryl Harvey; his brother, Alfred Harvey; his grandparents, William and Iris Nowell; his nephew, Jason Harvey; and his sister-in-law, Stayce Harvey.

He leaves to cherish his memory three sisters: Mary Harvey of Raleigh, NC; Sadie Harvey of Waterbury, CT; and Pamela Harvey of Gates, NC; three brothers, George Harvey of Atlantic City, NJ, Andrew Harvey of Rocky Mount, NC  and Tracy Harvey of Suffolk, VA; his beloved companion, Holly; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

Glendon was blessed with a large and loving family who cherished him deeply.  His gentle spirit, quiet strength, and unwavering kindness will remain in their hearts forever.

A viewing and visitation will take place on Thursday December 4, 2025, from 3pm to 6pm at the funeral home.

Celebration of Life service will take place on Friday December 5, 2025, 1pm at Upper Room Church.
