James F Wilson

James Forest Wilson, Jr. was the son of the late James Forest Wilson, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth.  He was born on July 22, 1940.  He departed this life on May 26, 2018.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Henry Lee Wilson and Johnny Wilson, and one sister Peggy Anderson.

James attended the public schools of Gates County.  He was a retired factory worker.  His favorite hobby was working in his garden.  He was a member of Blanchard Grove Baptist Church.

James leaves to cherish his memories his wife Pauline Wilson of Hobbsville, three sons: Bobby Wilson of Tyner, NC, Antonio Wilson of Charlotte, NC, Tony Holley(Nancy) of Hobbsville, NC, three daughters: Brenda Cooper (Wilmer) of Windsor, NC, Tonya Wilson of Edenton, NC, Diana Williams (Reginald) of Gates, NC, three brothers: Melvin Wilson (Stella) of Tyner, NC, Earl Wilson (Fannie) of Waterbury, CT, Aubrey Wilson (Doris) of Hobbsville, NC one sister: Elizabeth Gallop of Edenton, NC, three aunts: Marion Overton and Ellen Eason of Hobbsville, NC, Doris Wilson of Corapeake, NC, two brothers in law: Walter Holley (Pattie) and Theodore Holley (Edessa) of Edenton, NC, three sisters in law: Marie Holley and Shirley Holley (Lenton) of Edenton, NC.  Eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and cousins.

A celebration of Life will take place on Saturday June 2, 2018 at 2:00pm at  Blanchard's Grove  Baptist Church

Family will receive friends on Friday night June 1, 2018 at the funeral for a visitation from 4:00pm-7:00pm
