Jeremiah Sharpe Obituary

  

Jeremiah Malachi Sharpe was born in Suffolk, Virginia on September 30, 2006.  Jeremiah was affectionally known as “Tubby”.  He was Baptized and joined St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.  He was an Honor Roll student in the 8thgrade at Central Middle School.  On any given day you would catch Jeremiah and “Lil Baby” making a test hit or cruising down the road.  He loved racing and being around friends and family.  His infectious smile was one to remember, he could really light up a room.  Jeremiah was one of a kind… unique, intelligent, humorous, kind hearted, and willingness to help others. 

He is proceeded in death by his Paternal Grandfathers Ellic C. Sharpe Sr and Melvin E. Burrus; his Maternal great grandparents Alvin Saunders Sr and Ethel Saunders and Paternal great grandparents Willie and Doris Jones.

He leaves to cherish his memories: His loving parents Crystal Saunders and Ellic C. Sharpe Jr. His brother and sister of the home Temperence Bryant and Khamani Saunders. Four sisters; Monique, Tis’Shawnna, Rhianna, Destiny and five brothers; James, Jylon, Kai, Jordan, Ellic Jr. His maternal grandparents Horace and Linda Stallings, of Sunbury. His paternal grandparents Wille and Bertha Brown of Gatesville. Three Uncles Kenyatta Burrus (Christa), Antoine Sharpe, Stephen Hall Sr. Four Aunts Carolyn Hall, Sabrina Sharpe, Tammy Boone (Jimmy), Sharice Rush (Thelbert). A host of Great Uncles, aunts, cousins and other family members that loved him dearly. One nephew Shane Bryant and One niece Malina Melton, along with his special niece Mari-lynn Picart.  Three God Brothers Gregory Saunders, Brynson Barnes, and Tevin Elliott and two God Sisters Di’Asia Saunders and Rain Hunter.  His Kountry Boy Royalty (KBR) brothers Ronald Saunders, Vincent Hart, and Aaron Riddick. Two very special best friends, Camiyah  and Nekayla .  His racing crew “ Full Belly Racing” P.J., Tae, Dee, Wilson, and Deo.

 

 

 

A visitation will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2019 from 4:00p-7:00pm at the St. Paul Baptist Church.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday November 27, 2019 at 2:30pm at the Gates County High School.
