Jon C. Moore 57, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side.  He leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness.  A devoted family man and cherished member of his community, Jon's warmth and generosity touched all who knew him.  He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. 

In accordance with his wishes, a private memorial service will be held.
