It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nathan J Rodgers, a beloved son, brother, and cherished member of our community. Nathan left this world unexpectedly at the age of 36, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness.
Born Feb. 9, 1988 to Gary and Faultine Rodgers, he held a special place in his heart for his parents, whose unwavering love and guidance shaped him into the remarkable person he was. Nathan cherished every moment spent with his siblings, creating countless memories filled with laughter and joy. Nathan passion for life extended beyond his family. He was known for his compassionate nature, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His warm smile and genuine demeanor touched the lives of everyone he encountered.
Nathan Rodgers will be dearly missed and forever remembered. May he rest in eternal peace.
A viewing and visitation will take place on Monday May 6, 2024, from 4pm to 7pm at New Life Outreach Church, 2518 Jackson Rd Suffolk, Va.
A celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday May 7, 2024, 11am at Love Christian Center in Suffolk, Va.
Final Resting place will take place at Nansemond-Suffolk Memorial Cemetery in Suffolk, Va.
