Raymond L Williams

Mr. Raymond L. Williams, 64, of Elizabeth City peacefully transitioned from this life on Tuesday July 7, 2020 with his loving family beside him. 

The life celebration for Mr. Williams will be held at a graveside memorial service on Thursday July 16, 2020 at 1:00pm at Galatia Missionary Baptist Church.
